A Lively Illusion Real Estate is the culmination of more than 25 years of experience in the real estate advisory sector in Portugal. Conceived and brought to life by our founder and Commercial Director, Ana Marques, this project aims to bring a new dynamism to real estate consultancy and restore the human and relational perspective that has progressively been lost with the massification and standardisation of the sector’s offering.

Drawing on the knowledge and expertise accumulated over many years in sales, where she worked first as an individual consultant and later as the leader of several teams and offices, our founder envisioned a brand capable not only of providing, with rigour, all the services sought by its clients, but above all of developing a closer and more personal approach to business, based on a flexible analysis of each client’s individual needs, lifestyle and pace.

Although our geographical reach extends nationwide across mainland Portugal and the islands, we specialise in the purchase, sale and rental of properties in the Lisbon and Cascais areas, for both residential and investment purposes. We also benefit from an extensive network of complementary partners, including partnerships with engineering and architecture firms, real estate asset management companies, among others.
